Is Islamiqate under the supervision or guidance of any reputable scholar?

Islamiqate is primarily a technological platform for facilitating the crowdsourcing of questions and answers. We have the technical experience and expertise to develop and maintain the technology into the future. In relation to user content, we don't need a scholar to review it. Contributors are welcome to contribute questions and answers freely and voting mechanisms allow for content to be ranked. Our moderators will only remove material that is offensive, illegal or categorically violating Islam. As regards the notion of "reputable scholar" - this is a highly subjective notion, with any given contemporaneous scholar accepted by some, contested by others. Adding any such individual to monitor, approve or censor content would go against the spirit of Islamiqate which seeks to facilitate and encourage contributions and discussions and not partake in ideological, sectarian or political stances.
