No, don't be silly.   Many kharijites have come and gone claiming to be either "mahdi" or "islamic states" or "anti-bidha". But all fall and burn as there can only be one mahdi - the real one, and there will only be one Islamic state - the final one, that will be lead by the mahdi and Isa(as).  As far as the signs go, there are still numerous major and minor signs yet to come before that comes to pass.
