Are Islamic values compatible with fundamental British values?

The British government's current policy is to integrate Muslims on the basis of accepting fundamental British values comprising democracy, rule of law, individual liberty, mutual respect and tolerance of other beliefs. How would Islamic values be articulated and juxtaposed with British values?
