Does Allah have ideas?

The Problem with the question here is that most of the people of non Muslim faiths have an understanding that god is quantifiable or let me put it this way they compare Allah with the capability of the human mind but that isn't the case. People ask what was Allah doing before he created mankind, but what they don't understand is that, before and after are concepts for human beings and it gives us an idea about time but in the case of Allah, he created time and so there is no before and after for him because the creator is never bound by his creation and now coming to your question does he have ideas, well I would say Allah knows best because who Allah is, what he is and what he can do is just beyond the comprehension of our minds.
