Which organisations, thinkers and writers regularly produce the best political analysis regarding international affairs?

Robert Kaplan (American) and Margaret MacMillan (Canadian) are pretty objective. Stratfor's analysis is pretty good - works they interpret and forecast well. They don't serve the interests or needs of any one organization or social subset.
