All scriptures of various religions have undergone change - is Islam any different?

No, It has not. This is because Allah has himself take the duty to protect it. There have also been many Huffaz (Memorisers) along the way and if there was a change It would have been detected. The Quran furthermore has a syntax and poetry that cannot be fabricated by a man.
